As a Legal Content Writing intern, you will play a crucial role in writing compelling articles, blog posts, and papers that cover a wide range of legal topics. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in legal writing while working alongside our team of experienced professionals.

Duration of Internship – 5 weeks (Extendable)

Submission Guidelines

To ensure a seamless Internship experience with us, all of your article/paper submissions will need to conform to the following guidelines:

• Word Count: 2500 – 3000 words. You will have to submit at least 10 articles/papers during the duration of your internship (i.e. 2 pieces per week) to be considered a successful intern.
• Quality: Cover the assignment topic comprehensively. Include your original research and opinion.
• No plagiarism or AI-generated content. Swapping words in a sentence to bypass the Plagiarism Checkers is strictly prohibited. Attach a plagiarism report from https://www.smallseotools.com/plagiarism-checker/ with your submissions.
• Proper Grammar and Spelling – You must run your assignment through Grammarly before submission.
• Style – Use Heading 1 for the Title of the Assignment, and H2, H3… for the subsequent headings (Watch this).
• File Format – .docx (MS Word file)
• Case Citations: Whenever you cite a case law/precedent, include the citation to that particular case in square brackets.

This internship is a mutually beneficial arrangement, where interns gain experience and JAF benefits from the interns' contributions. The internship does not guarantee future employment with JAF or any other organization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights: As an intern, you understand and agree that any content, articles, or materials created during the internship period, whether published or unpublished, become the property of JAF. JAF reserves the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content on its platform and other associated platforms. However, you will be acknowledged as the author of the content wherever it is used or published.

5. Confidentiality: During the internship, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to JAF. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from JAF. This obligation continues even after the conclusion of the internship.

6. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Standards: As an intern, you must adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to your work. You are responsible for ensuring that your contributions comply with ethical standards and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Termination: JAF reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time for any reason, without providing prior notice. Similarly, you have the right to terminate the internship by providing reasonable 10-day notice to JAF.
